Arman Mahmoodi is a high-performing real estate agent, advisor, investor and Co-Founder of BeachRock Real Estate Group. He takes pride in his ability to successfully represent his clients on both residential and commercial needs.

In residential real estate, Arman specializes in luxury homes, investment opportunities such as fix-and-flips, and identifying spec home development opportunities. On the commercial side, he specializes in multifamily income properties with a focus on value-add and development opportunities. He also boasts extensive experience within leasing residential and commercial real estate.

Arman graduated from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado, Boulder, having majored in Business Management with a focus on Entrepreneurship & Strategy. He also holds a Real Estate Development certificate from UCLA’s Real Estate Program.

Inspired by his father’s highly successful entrepreneurial ventures, Arman has been in the business since he was 17. He has worked under several of the city’s prominent real estate brokers and participated in many of the Los Angeles trophy property transactions.
